Job Description – Warehouse Associate (Multi-Tasking Role)

Location: Korattur/Virugambakkam – Chennai

Department: Warehouse Operations – Grocery

Shift: Rotational Shifts / 9 hours duty

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves as per order list using FIFO/FEFO.
• Packing: Neatly pack items ensuring product safety, hygiene, and correct labelling.
• Inventory Audit: Count and verify stock, report mismatches or damages, and assist during cycle audits.
• Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload stock from delivery vehicles and move items within the warehouse.

Eligibility:

• 10th / 12th Pass or Any graduate (If passed)
• Prior warehouse or grocery experience preferred
• Physically fit and willing to do multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of inventory handling and mobile scanning devices is a plus

Skills Required:

• Speed and accuracy in picking/packing
• Basic reading and counting skills
• Team player with discipline and punctuality
• Ability to handle grocery items with care (especially perishable and fragile)

Preferred:

• Male candidates only can apply
• Candidates who are around or within 20km range in Job location is a plus
