Job SummaryIMMEK Softech Academy is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should have experience in educational counseling and admissions, with excellent communication and sales skills to guide prospective students toward the right career programs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students about training programs and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Provide excellent pre-admission and post-admission support.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive admission experience.
• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates only
• Experience: 0–5 years
• Prior experience in an Academy, Training Institute, Coaching Centre, EdTech Company, or Educational Institution.
• Mandatory experience in educational sales, student admissions, academic counseling, or training institute sales.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and lead conversion abilities.
• Target-oriented with a passion for admissions and customer service.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
