Academic Counselor

Position: Academic Counselor (Female)

Location: Tambaram / Pallavaram, Chennai

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on training programs and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for a smooth admission process.
• Provide excellent pre- and post-admission support to students.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• 1–5 years of experience in an academy, training institute, coaching center, EdTech, or educational organization.
• Experience in educational sales, admissions, counseling, or training academy sales is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong pitching, negotiation, and conversion skills.
• Target-oriented with a passion for admissions and sales.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
