Accountant

Looking for a smart Professional with the passion to build his career in the Retail Industry with experience as Retail Cashier.

Responsibilities Include:

➢ Provides a positive customer experienced with fair, friendly and courteous service

➢ Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.

➢ Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

➢ Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

➢ Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers

➢ Managing the store billing and e-invoicing on time

➢ Maintain store petty cash and submission of petty cash bills to finance on time

➢ DOA approvals to be sent on the right time to inventory

➢ Google Review / Customer feedbacks – Passing to SM /CM/ BH.

➢ Track ASP wise - T20, WTP & QPS. (Target 20%, Weekly Target Planner and Quarterly Target Planner)

➢ Trade-in drive quote from both cashify and registered vendor (Daily Tracking in absence/off pass to TL/SM).

➢ Documentation of finance files with ID Proofs.

➢ Used DC’s to be couriered to concern dept. 15 days once.

➢ Managing the store inventory and remote stock to be done within TAT.

➢ Offer invoice documentation.

➢ Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones

➢ At the end of each day, shift, or period, you must balance your cash drawer to account for all incoming transactions.

➢ Stationary items to be refilled on time.

➢ Maintain the good hygiene in and around cash desk.
