Call Center Executive

Job: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive Company: Nexgen Cooling Systems Industry: HVAC – Industrial Chiller Service & AMC

Location: Padi, Chennai (office near Ambattur) Salary: ₹13,000–₹17,000 fixed + performance incentives

About us: Nexgen Cooling Systems provides service, maintenance, and AMC for industrial process chillers across South India. We work with brands like Siemens, Philips, Elekta, Varian, and serve manufacturing units, hospitals, and pharma companies.

The role: We're expanding our outreach into the Chennai industrial belt. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers.

Your day-to-day:

1. Make 60+ outbound calls/day to manufacturers in Ambattur, Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, and Chennai industrial estates
2. Use our script to offer a free 45-minute chiller health audit (no obligation)
3. Handle common objections (we'll train you)
4. Book qualified site visits for our technical team
5. Update CRM with call notes daily
6. Send WhatsApp follow-ups to interested prospects
7. Weekly reporting on calls, visits, conversions

You'll be successful if you can:

• Speak Tamil fluently; good English for technical terms like 'chiller,' 'compressor,' 'AMC'"
• Stay polite and persistent when prospects say "no" (most will, first time)
• Handle 60+ calls without losing energy by 4 PM
• Take feedback and adjust your pitch
• Use a basic CRM / Google Sheets

Experience we want:

• 1–3 years of telecalling / inside sales (B2B preferred)
• Industries that translate well: insurance, banking, FMCG distribution, EdTech, real estate cold-calling
• Industrial / HVAC background is a bonus but not required

What we offer:

• Fixed salary: ₹13,000–₹17,000 fixed + performance incentives
• Incentives: ₹3,000–₹10,000/month based on calls, site visits booked, and conversions
• Training on chiller industry basics + objection handling (first week)
• Direct reporting to the founder
• Timing : 10AM-6PM
• 6 days/week, Sundays off

What we will NOT do:

• Ask you to make sales calls in your personal time
• Force you onto unrealistic targets in week 1

Selection process:
