Telecalling Executive

Roles :-

• PRE-SALES SENIOR EXECUTIVE
• PRE-SALES TEAM LEADER
• TEAM MANAGER
• INDIVIDUAL RM(Relationship Manager)

Responsibility :-

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Explain project details clearly to prospective clients
• Generate and maintain daily leads
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Schedule and coordinate site visits
• Maintain customer database and CRM updates
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Coordinate with sales team for closures
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently
• Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi added advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Qualification:

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Experienced candidates only (Experience in Channel Partner firm will be added advantage)
