Our company is a Government-registered electrical and civil contracting firm executing various projects across Tamil Nadu. Most of our clients are Government departments.

🔹 Job Title: Accountant

🔹 Preferred Location:Candidates residing near Triplicane, Chennai will be given preference.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and project accounting

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts including sales and purchase entries in Tally
• Record and monitor all expenses (project-wise and overall company expenses)
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
• Track and manage project-wise cost details
• Prepare and update financial reports and statements
• Maintain employee attendance records
• Assist in preparing quotations and cost estimates
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to collect rate quotations during tender preparation
• Support accounts-related work for tender submissions and billing
• Ensure proper filing and record keeping of all financial and statutory documents
