Job Description

Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP /

accounting software.

  • Maintain project-wise entries for material purchases, labor payments, and petty cash.
  • Process vendor and subcontractor bills after verification.
  • Handle site expense reports and maintain supporting vouchers.
  • Assist in preparing project cost statements and comparing budget vs. actual expenses.
  • Support senior accountants in allocating costs to respective
  • projects.
  • Maintain accurate logs of material and labor costs from various
  • sites.
  • Prepare client invoices and subcontractor bills as per approved measurements.
  • Help with client follow-ups and maintain payment receipt records.
  • Reconcile project billing data with site records.
  • Assist in managing site petty cash and ensuring timely reimbursements.
  • Record bank transactions, prepare payment vouchers, and handle deposits.
  • Support in reconciling bank and cash accounts.
  • Help with GST, TDS, and other statutory entries.
