Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & Operations ExecutiveLocation: Office-based

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Eligibility12th Pass or Graduate
  • Basic knowledge of Tally is required.
  • Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided for the remaining responsibilities.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesStock management and inventory maintenance.
  • Billing and invoice preparation.
  • Basic accounts entry in Tally.
  • Payment follow-up with customers and vendors.
  • Delivery coordination and follow-up.
  • Maintaining records and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Skills RequiredBasic computer knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Tally.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
