Job Description

Job Summary:


Seyon Foods is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, statutory filings, and financial record maintenance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST regulations, Tally, and banking transactions.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / accounting software
  • Prepare purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer ledgers
  • Maintain cash flow records and expense tracking
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements


  • GST & Statutory Compliance
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc.)
  • Reconcile GST input and output tax records
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance matters
  • Ensure timely statutory payments and filing compliance
  • Maintain proper documentation for GST audits and assessments

  • Banking & Financial Coordination
  • Handle banking transactions, cheque processing, and online payments
  • Coordinate with banks regarding OD/CC accounts, loan documentation, and statements
  • Assist management in financial planning and budgeting

  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups
  • Generate reports for management review

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and GST filing
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST portal operations
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation
