Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities including invoice generation in Tally, maintaining purchase and sales records, and assisting with accounts documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for basic store reconciliation, verifying stock records with purchase and issue entries, and coordinating with the stores and production teams to ensure accuracy in inventory records. In addition, the role will include basic HR and administrative support, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with attendance documentation, and supporting general office administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally, basic accounting principles, MS Excel, and good organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and maintain accurate records.
