Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
- Handle hotel billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Prepare GST invoices and assist in tax-related documentation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment processing
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records
- Use accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or hotel accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Time management and organizational skills
