Job Description
Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive
Location: SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumazhisai, Chennai
Department: Accounts & Finance
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting procedures, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting software such as Tally.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries
- Assist in GST and TDS related work
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and accounting records
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
- Support inventory and vendor accounting activities
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounts records
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Any Commerce-related Degree
Preferred Key Skills
- GST
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years experience in accounts department
- Candidates from nearby locations preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
