Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Academic Counselor to handle student leads and guide parents/students regarding admissions.

Role:

Call and follow up with all incoming leads

Clearly explain admission process and course details

Build trust with parents and students

Convince and convert leads into admissions

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English, Tamil & Hindi

Confident, persuasive, and patient

Basic sales mindset (training can be provided)

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed salary: ₹15,000/month

Incentive: ₹5,000 per admission closed
