As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing effective applications. This role focuses on designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the final product supports organizational goals. The position requires continuous engagement with teams to refine designs and adapt to evolving requirements, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency throughout the application development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between application design and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical application designs.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control methodologies.
