Job Summary:
The Area Manager (Beverages - Tea and Coffee) at Frutta will manage multi-site beverage operations, ensuring smooth functioning, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The role includes manpower hiring, training, operational monitoring, customer handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations across multiple sites (Beverage) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Monitor performance, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence
- Hire, and onboard manpower as per business requirements
- Conduct training programs to enhance staff skills, productivity, and service quality
- Supervise and support site teams to achieve business targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Provide regular reports and updates on site performance and manpower status
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the beverage industry is mandatory
- Proven experience in managing multiple locations or teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in hiring staffs, training staffs, and workforce management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
