Job Title – Assistant Manager / Senior Analyst - NBS Offering

Are you the one?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Any relevant degree.
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of Competition and do tear down analysis. 
• Willing to travel across branches and different sites on a regular basis.
• Good presentation and analytical skill required.
• Good Cross collaboration skills required.
• Deep knowledge of KONE products and offerings within own responsibility area.
• Understanding of the overall KONE product and offering portfolio.
• Deep understanding of KONE business environment and customers.
• Strategic acumen and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to effectively network with FLs, Areas and Global.
  

What will you be doing?

• Understand and build new strategies for KONE products and new offerings. 
• Work on price tool (KTOC) and CRM related enablers to differentiate Product offering.
• Collaborate with Front line and Sales team to understand the market and competition movement.
• Visit competition site for tear down analysis.
• Benchmark cost comparison for KONE and competition in Full chain.
• Analysis of offering gaps and different product / price and share insights to management team.
• Understand and adopt possibilities to roll out global product.
• New tool development, testing and implementation to Front Line.
