Associate - Planning

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To work out the weekly, monthly and 3 month plan
• Responsibilities include maintaining production schedules, tracking inventory levels, preparing reports, and supporting communication between planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
• To review shortages with the concerned departments 
• To release valves to assembly, co-ordinate with assembly for completing the assembly
• To work in co-ordination with the sales team for dispatches
• To follow the MPS and the hit rate on the MPS should be 95% minimum
• To synchronise the shortages with the monthly plan.
• To release the components for machining at sub-vendor and at the shop( in house manufacturing)

• You keep in touch with customers, build the customer relationships, understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships, balance planning with actions, research initiatives and try innovative ways, You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive, focus on priorities and set stretch goals, apply systems and technology to stay on track, convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives.
  

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a like industry is preferred
• Minimum  a Diploma holder

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Knowledge in oracle, Knowledge on the manufacturing systems and procedures
• Ability to deal with sub-ordinates and other colleagues in a diplomatic manner
• Proficiency in using computers and MS office
• Proficiency in using computers and manufacturing process and systems
