About the Role 

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer who is enthusiastic about cloud technologies, automation, and modern software delivery practices. This entry-level role provides hands-on learning opportunities while supporting CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and containerized applications. You will work with teams building applications in Python, Java, Node.js, Angular, and modern frontend libraries, and gain exposure to GenAI-enabled DevOps workflows. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. 
  • Support application deployments to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). 
  • Help manage Kubernetes workloads using Helm Charts. 
  • Learn and assist with auto-scaling mechanisms such as KEDA. 
  • Support infrastructure provisioning using Terraform under guidance. 
  • Assist with multi-stack application delivery (Python, Java, Node.js, Angular). 
  • Support monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. 
  • Follow DevOps security best practices including image scanning and secrets handling. 
  • Use GenAI-enabled tools to assist with troubleshooting and productivity. 
  • Document processes and contribute to DevOps standards.

Qualifications

Required Skills 

  • 1–2 years of experience or relevant hands-on exposure to DevOps or cloud engineering. 
  • Basic understanding of Git, GitHub, and CI/CD concepts. 
  • Fundamental knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. 
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language (Bash, Python, or JavaScript). 
  • Basic exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred). 
  • Interest in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. 
  • Willingness to learn and use AI copilots or GenAI tools. 

 Nice to Have 

  • Personal projects or internships related to DevOps or cloud technologies. 
  • Hands-on labs or certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or Docker. 
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor. 
  • Exposure to frontend build or release processes. 
  • Awareness of AIOps or GenAI-based observability platforms.
