Job Title: Automation Operator (Fresher)

Location: Oragadam, Kanchipuram

Qualification:

  • ITI (Electrician / Electronics / Instrumentation)
  • Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / E&I)
  • Freshers can apply

Job Description:

We are hiring freshers with an electrical background to work as Automation Operators in a manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor automated production machines.
  • Perform basic electrical and machine checks.
  • Assist in troubleshooting machine issues.
  • Monitor machine performance and production output.
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Support maintenance activities when required.
  • Maintain production records and reports.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and control panels.
  • Understanding of sensors, relays, contactors, and PLC basics.
  • Good learning attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Experience:

  • Freshers Preferred
  • ITI/Diploma projects or internships will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month + OT + Benefits
