Job Title: Admin – Back Office Executive


Industry: Debt Collection Agency


Job Summary:


We are hiring a detail-oriented Admin – Back Office Executive to support daily operations, data management, and documentation for our debt collection team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update debtor records and internal databases
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and MIS
  • Organize and manage documentation and files
  • Coordinate with collection agents and internal teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of admin/back-office experience (collections/finance experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Good communication skills
