Job Title: Admin – Back Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Admin – Back Office Executive to support daily operations, data management, and documentation for our debt collection team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update debtor records and internal databases
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and MIS
- Organize and manage documentation and files
- Coordinate with collection agents and internal teams
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of admin/back-office experience (collections/finance experience is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Good communication skills
