Job Title: Bancassurance Sales Officer / Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring Bancassurance Sales Officers to sell life insurance products through partner bank branches. The role involves generating leads from bank customers, building strong relationships with branch staff, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from bank branches and existing bank customers.
- Sell life insurance products to customers.
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in BFSI, insurance, bancassurance, or direct sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
