Job Description

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new corporate leads through cold calling, networking, and research.

Client Acquisition: Meet with HR, Admin, and Marketing decision-makers to pitch event services.

Requirement Analysis: Understand specific client event needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the operations team to ensure costing accuracy and execution feasibility.

Negotiation: Close deals using win-win negotiation strategies to meet monthly sales targets.

Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients for repeat business.
