What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. Com.Bkg- Commercial Real Estate refers to the sector of real estate that deals with properties used for business purposes. This includes office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial properties. The focus is on buying, selling, leasing, and managing these properties to generate income. It involves various stakeholders such as investors, developers, and property managers. The goal is to maximize the value and return on investment of commercial properties. Loans are granted based on the income generated from the property and the crediworthiness is evaluated by analyzing the property by its location, amenities, ageing and the revenue generated and the occupancy. Computes and presents the results of financial events by administering,managing and processing general ledger accounts. Accounts for current assets, fixed assets, liabilities, revenue and expense items, and gains and losses, and may handle related tax issues, invoice management and budgeting.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
