Job Description

Invoicing: Enter sales bills for all orders received via WhatsApp, phone calls, e-mails and any other medium on the billing software.

Logistics & Delivery Planning: Support the Warehouse Manager in planning deliveries for the day using excel/internal systems.

Customer Communication: Ensure timely communication to customers on delivery timelines.

Vendor Procurement Records: Enter purchase bills for all products received from vendors.

Cashflow Alignment: Work closely with Accounts team to understand payment cycle of clients.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Will work in a team of 20+ people at the warehouse.
