Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional with strong exposure to the IT System Integration / IT Services industry. The candidate should independently handle end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, vendor/customer coordination, and support management with MIS and financial analysis.

Candidates with prior experience in IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Hardware/Software Services, AMC/FMS billing, project accounting, and vendor management will be preferred. 

Handle end-to-end accounting, including and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliances

Coordinate audits and provide required financial documentation

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost controls

Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/customers on finance matters
