Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling
- Greet customers and understand damage/complaints clearly
- Explain repair process, timelines, and estimated cost
- Update customers regularly on repair status
- Handle customer queries and complaints during repair
2. Job Card & Documentation
- Prepare job card with all damage details marked
- Take clear photos of damaged vehicle before repair
- Get customer signature on estimates and approvals
- Maintain proper paperwork for insurance and billing
3. Insurance Coordination
- Coordinate with insurance surveyor for claim approval
- Submit required documents: claim form, DL, RC, photos
- Negotiate with surveyor for maximum approval
- Explain depreciation, deductibles to customer
4. Workshop Coordination
- Handover job to bodyshop team with clear instructions
- Follow up on TAT (Turn Around Time) daily
- Ensure quality check before delivery
- Arrange road test if required
5. Billing & Delivery
- Prepare final invoice as per approval
- Collect customer portion of payment/deductibles
- Deliver vehicle and explain work done
- Get delivery acknowledgment and feedback
6. Targets & Reports
- Meet monthly revenue, CSI, and TAT targets
- Follow up on pending approvals and payments
- Maintain daily reports on WIP vehicles
- Support in up selling value-added services like polish, coating
Skills Needed: Communication, insurance knowledge, basic technical understanding, negotiation, MS Excel/Word
