About this position

We are currently seeking a BPM Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for creating web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM Business Process Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop IBM BPM applications based on specifications in a best in class manner

• Interact with different roles during the solution development cycle (requirement analysis, architecture and design, frontend/backend development, system integration, support)

• Assure that tools/applications meet Customer requirements

• Support & Maintenance of internally developed tools/applications

• Solve problems (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation update, deployment)

• Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues

• Ability to work in an independent, systematic and structured manner in an agile environment and international team.

• Ability to propose new ideas for better solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Open minded and committed to achieve targets on time, quality and cost, as well as excellent organizational skills

• Good communication and collaboration skills to work in a multicultural team
