Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment collections and due reminders
- Convince customers to make payments and reduce overdue accounts
- Retain customers by addressing concerns and offering suitable solutions
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up for commitments (PTP – Promise to Pay)
- Update call outcomes accurately in CRM/system
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection and retention targets
- Handle customer objections and escalations professionally
- Coordinate with field team / backend team when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and call quality standards
