Building Permission Executive

Job Title: Building Permission Executive – Airtel Fiber

Location: Field-based (Across Chennai)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Lunch Break: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM)

Role Overview

The Building Permission Executive is responsible for full-time field operations to secure approvals for deploying Airtel Fiber infrastructure. You will engage directly with key decision-makers across high-rise residential buildings, villas, and gated communities to expand fiber network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend 100% of the working day on the field visiting targeted residential properties.
• Approach and pitch to authorized representatives (Association Presidents, Facility Managers, or Builders) to obtain infrastructure deployment permissions.
• Meet a mandatory daily target of visiting at least 8 key prospects/decision-makers.
• Secure permissions covering a minimum target of 1,000 Home Passes (Houses) per month.
• Maintain accurate field visit logs and report daily progress to the management team.

Mandatory Requirements

• Own two-wheeler (Bike) in good working condition.
• Valid Driving License.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and field-sales skills.
