🚨 WE’RE HIRING – Process Associate / Sr. Process Associate | Telecalling🚨
📍 Location: Perungudi, Chennai
📌Experience: Freshers / Experienced (0 -3) Yrs
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
🕘Shift Timings: 9:00am - 6:30pm
🔹 Job Responsibilities
✔Handle outbound collection calls for the Banking domain.
✔Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM/call log.
✔Follow up with customers and provide timely call-backs.
✔Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
✔Maintain a customer-focused approach while achieving collection targets.
✔Adapt quickly and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
💼 Key Requirements
✅ Must be 18 years or older.
✅ Minimum graduate from any recognized education board in India (Arrears acceptable).
✅ Strong communication skills and fluency in one or more of the following languages:
DRA Certified or NON DRA
English + Telugu
English + Hindi
English + Malayalam
English + Kannada
