About the Company

Ziel Mobility Solutions operates electric intercity buses across South India. We manage bus routes, drivers, schedules, and daily operations using modern systems and technology.

Job Role (What You Will Do)

You will support daily bus operations from the office. Your work will mainly involve route planning, fare setup, scheduling buses, and coordinating with drivers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Route & Fare Work

• Help create bus routes between cities
• Update route distance, travel time, and halt points
• Enter and update bus ticket fares in the system as instructed
• Check that fares are correctly displayed on booking platforms

2. Bus Scheduling

• Prepare daily bus schedules
• Assign buses to routes
• Share trip timings with drivers and supervisors
• Update schedules if there are changes or delays

3. Driver Duty & Rostering

• Prepare driver duty lists (rosters)
• Inform drivers about:
• Trip time
• Route details
• Reporting location
• Keep track of driver availability and attendance

4. Daily Coordination

• Talk to drivers and field staff over phone / WhatsApp
• Inform seniors about delays, driver absence, or bus issues
• Support operations team in smooth trip execution

5. Basic Reporting

• Maintain simple daily records:
• Buses operated
• Drivers assigned
• Trips completed
• Update Excel sheets or company software

Who Can Apply

• Diploma / ITI / Any graduate
• 0–3 years experience in:
• Transport
• Logistics
• Bus / truck operations
• Freshers with interest in transport operations can apply

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, phone handling)
• Ability to talk clearly with drivers and staff
• Ready to work in shifts if required
• Calm handling of daily operational issues

Language

• English – Basic
• Tamil/Telugu – Preferred
• Hindi / Kannada / Malayalam is a plus

Work Timings

• Shift-based (day / evening as per operations)
• Weekly off as per roster
