Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst – PMO to support planning, tracking, and governance of key business initiatives and projects. The role will work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, monitor project performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.
The incumbent will be responsible for tracking project milestones, preparing management dashboards, analyzing business data, and identifying risks or deviations from plan. The role will also support documentation of processes, preparation of reports and presentations for leadership reviews, and coordination across teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for key projects and initiatives.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across programs.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance analysis for leadership.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in project execution.
Support PMO governance through structured reporting and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of experience in business analysis, PMO, or project coordination roles.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
