Job Title: Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition Experience: Fresher-4yrs Location: Chennai Industry: Recruitment / Staffing Full Time or Internship Job Summary:Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition to join our Chennai team. The selected candidate will be responsible for cold calling, generating leads, bringing in new clients, and building long term partnerships to accelerate our business growth. This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience, especially those from the recruitment or staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities. • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking channels. • Pitch and present recruitment solutions to key decision-makers. • Bring in new clients and convert prospects into active business accounts. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. • Maintain and regularly update a CRM or database of leads, prospects, and interactions. • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and client acquisition targets. Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. • Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and close deals effectively. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset. • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Prior experience working in a recruitment firm is highly desirable.
