Job Description:
Raju’s Aviation Academy is hiring enthusiastic and energetic Business Development Executives (BDE) to support student admissions and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact prospective students and parents
• Explain aviation courses and career opportunities
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits
• Maintain lead details and daily follow-up records
• Support admission conversion activities
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Basic English communication preferred
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers are welcome
