Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire eligible offline merchants for business loan offerings.

• Conduct daily field visits to generate leads and build a strong merchant network.

• Educate merchants about loan products, features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment processes.

• Assist merchants through the complete digital loan application journey, including: o KYC verification o e-Mandate setup o Auto-pay registration o Documentation and onboarding

• Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions, applications, and sales activities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on product offerings, competitor activities, and market trends. 

Mandatory Requirements

• Own two-wheeler (Bike)

• Valid Driving License

• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities
