Job Description
Company - Axis Max Life insurance Company
CTC - 2.40 to 4.50 LPA + Incentives
- To build the team of advisors/agents through their own references, their own connections & make them work for driving sales.
- Drive sales from their advisors/agents to sell Life Insurance Products.
- Train & motivate the team for maximizing the sales.
- Depending on performance, there will be Fast-track promotion + National & International trips.
- Company will provide training also in which candidate will be taught about life insurance, recruitment of agents, client handling & relationship management, etc.
- On-roll job & the advisor/agents will be on the commission bases.
CRITERIA:
- Graduation Mandatory
- Age 24 to 40
- Vehicle Mandatory
- 1+ Year Field Sales Exp required
