Real Estate Sales Manager – VISION PROPERTIES

Role: Business Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
  • Build relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Track sales performance and submit reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams.

Requirements:

  • 0–8 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Target-driven with team handling experience.
