Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and defining detailed product requirements. You will also design continuous monitoring systems and feedback collection mechanisms to ensure ongoing refinement of processes, ultimately contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and ensure clarity across teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Experience in workflow design and optimization techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
