Job Description

Customer Service: Welcome showroom visitors, identify their needs, and provide professional recommendations to help them make purchasing decisions.

Sales & Upselling: Promote new arrivals, cross-sell complementary items, and inform shoppers about special promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, specifications, and warranty information.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and restocked. Assist with visual merchandising to keep displays highly attractive.

Cash & Inventory Management: Process payments and returns via Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handle cash, and assist with regular stock counts.
