Property Manager

We are looking for a responsible Property Manager to handle the daily operations of our coliving property and ensure a smooth living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations

• Handle resident check-ins, check-outs, and support

• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance

• Resolve resident issues quickly and professionally

• Maintain occupancy and property records

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in property management / hospitality, Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel and operations management
