Job Description

Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.

Beverage & Food Prep: Preparing coffee (lattes, cappuccinos), tea, and other beverages, along with serving food items like pastries or sandwiches.

Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintaining a clean workspace, including sanitizing tables, cleaning coffee machines, and cleaning the condiment station.

Cashiering & Operations: Handling cash and credit card transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system, and preparing daily reports.

Stock Management: Restocking supplies, checking inventory levels, and preparing ingredient displays
