Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and providing information about menu items.
- Beverage & Food Prep: Preparing coffee (espresso machines) & tea
- Cash Handling: Operating the POS system, processing payments (cash/card), and balancing the register.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Clearing tables, washing dishes/cutlery, cleaning coffee machines, and maintaining washrooms.
