Job Summary

Responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers. Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders, and assist them with product inquiries.
• Prepare and serve beverages, chai, and quick snacks according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store, including kitchen and customer areas.
• Ensure proper arrangement and organization of store products and service counters.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the management when items need replenishment.
• Support daily store operations and work closely with team members to ensure efficient service.
• Follow company policies, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide a friendly and positive experience to customers and handle basic service issues when required.
