Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Café Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages and food, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare tea, coffee, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and dining area.
- Handle billing and cash transactions (if assigned).
- Restock inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines.
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the café.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries politely.
- Coordinate with the Store In-charge for daily operations.
