We are looking for skilled Waiters to join our team at Bougainville Beach Resort @ Kovalam Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.

• Manage multiple tables simultaneously, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all interactions with guests are courteous and respectful.
• Proven experience as a Waiter in a similar establishment.
• Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping) - Housekeeping Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journeyManage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient room preparation.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
