Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and resolving complaints politely.
- Beverage & Food Prep: Operating espresso machines, grinding coffee, steaming milk, and preparing simple food items like sandwiches or baked goods.
- Cleanliness: Cleaning tables, washing dishes/cutlery, and sanitizing equipment.
- Operations: Handling cash/card transactions, restocking inventory, and opening/closing the shop.
