Job Description
NP Event Production is a event management company in Chennai. We specialize in corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, stage & truss setup, and brand activations. We're expanding our team and looking for a passionate Event Manager to join us.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *End-to-End Event Management* - Handle events from client briefing to final execution
2. *Vendor Coordination* - Liaise with truss, sound, lighting, decor, and catering vendors
3. *Client Communication* - Single point of contact for clients, manage expectations & updates
4. *On-Site Execution* - Lead the team on event day, ensure smooth operations
5. *Budget & Timeline Management* - Deliver events within budget and deadlines
6. *Post-Event Reporting* - Share event summary & client feedback with management
