Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for friendly, responsible, and energetic Café Staff to assist with daily café operations, serve customers, prepare basic food/beverages, and maintain cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and take orders politely.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light snacks.
- Assist with food preparation (sandwiches, pastries, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, tables, and overall café area.
- Handle billing, cash register, and POS machine.
- Restock supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and café operational standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a good café experience.
- Requirements: Minimum 0–1 year experience in café/restaurant (freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of coffee/beverage making (training will be provided).
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure during rush hours.
- Positive attitude, hygiene-conscious, and a team player.
