Job Summary:
AdvArise Healthcare Services, a government-registered home healthcare company, is seeking compassionate and skilled Nursing Professionals and Caregivers to provide high-quality medical and personal care to patients in their homes across Chennai.
Open Positions & Qualifications:
Nurses (ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing): Must have a valid nursing qualification and a passion for patient-centric care.Nursing Assistants: Diploma holders with experience in clinical assistance.Caregivers (GDA / Geriatric Care Assistants): General Duty Assistants with certification in patient/elderly care.
Role Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 2 years in a hospital or home healthcare setting.
Gender Ratio: We are looking to maintain a team of approximately 80% Female and 20% Male
staff.Commitment: Minimum work commitment of 3 months per candidate is expected.
Languages: Proficiency in Tamil is highly preferred for patient interaction in Chennai.
Shift Types & Salary:Shift Options: We offer both Live-in (Stay Duty) and Live-out (10 Hours Duty) shifts.
Salary: Starting from ₹22,000 per month + applicable perks and benefits (Negotiable based on experience and qualification).
Key Responsibilities:Providing bedside care and monitoring vital signs.Assisting with daily living activities (Grooming, feeding, mobility).Administering medication and wound care (for Nurses/Assistants).Maintaining professional conduct and ethical care practices.
